PAIN FREE! Yay! It works!

This is working! Day 6 - NO PAIN OR BLOAT for x4 days - had very painful and very bloated tummy EVERY DAY for months and since day 2 of Optibac Probiotics ('For Everyday') I have NO SYMPTOMS at all. I started with the 'Flat Week' sachets for one week - specially designed for bloating in IBS (better taken LATER in the day for these sachets I found) and followed on with the everyday capsules and at the moment (fingers crossed) I'm pain and bloat free from Day 2 of the capsules.

I realise it may come back periodically depending on what I eat. I tested it with SPICEY CHICKPEAS and no pain....I bought them online for about £11 something for 30 capsules which I think is a fantastic price.

I'm a very happy bunny right now.

Hi Sam561,

Please to hear you have found some relief from your own pain.. have just looked on thier website and it suggests different ones for different IBS. What ones did you try, may I ask?

Hi, I'm sure the Optibac Website has different probiotic combinations for different symptoms ie. Diarrhoea or constipation etc under the website heading for IBS...I just chose the Pain and Bloating formula.

I wasn't sure what to go for but just order flat tummy an everyday casuples online. I will try anything to improve my bloating! Fingers crossed I see some. Do you know if they are ok to take while on regular medicine? Can't find an answer on this website. Thank you for sharing this!!!!!!

Hi,

Hope they help you like they've helped me, I do bare in mind I will have flare ups in future but to see a possible relief at the end of over x10 YEARS of suffering and feeling/ looking 8months pregnant is amazin. Remember if you do have initial bloating with first couple days taking Flat Week sachets *i found taking it LATER in the afternoon after food really settled it better on my tummy (the instructions suggest after breakfast having sachet in water) but see what works for you. I had the sachets to 'kick start' my probiotics its AFTER the 7day sachets and from Day 2 of Capsules I found the big relief.

I'm crossing my fingers and toes for you.

Happy for you! Hope it continues to help. I am new to this forum and had not heard of this product. Though myself being on the diarrhea side of this problem, not sure it's best for me. Still looking.

Hi, I'm also new here. I'm sure I saw on Optibac website (U.K) that they have probiotics especially for diarrhoea or the other symptoms of IBS, I just went for the formula which is created to help best with pain and bloating which is the form I have. It might be worth taking a peek at their info as they have special advice and reviews for IBS sufferers. I appreciate what works for one person may not work for someone else.

I hope you find something that helps you very soon.

Hi, I had "FLAT WEEK" - x7 Day sachets targeted for bloating and pain with IBS followed by the "EVERY DAY" probiotics capsules. I did have pain and bloating first x4 days of the sachets (which they advised may happen) so I took the sachet LATER IN THE AFTERNOON which caused no pain, I finished these sachets then after x2days of capsules all my symptoms have gone. I'm in Day 7 today and my jeans actually fit with no bloated tummy.

I really hope it works for someone else too. I understand IBS has many different symptoms, the Optibac website has DIFFERENT probiotics for DIFFERENT SYMPTOMS OF IBS i.e. Diarrhoea or constipation etc.

Hope this helps.

That's really helpful and thank you very much and so pleased that you are feeling much better. I really hope that this continues for you. To be free of this awful infliction would be a wonderful thing.

Very best of luck :)
