Hope this is allowed but for any of you who use Facebook you may want to investigate the group called 'Easy on the Tummy Closed Support Group'. It is extremely well run & is full of loads of scientific data & info as well as tips & advice from members. Its also a very friendly group. I've learned loads from being a member for the last year.
