Unknown lower abdominal pain

So I’m posting this here to see if anyone thinks this could be a GI tract issue. So I started my period two weeks ago. The night it started I have severe cramps, so painful that I couldn’t fall asleep until 6am. Then when my period ended I continued to have cramps and intense pain in my pelvic area. Three days ago the pain was so unbearable I went to the ER. They found a cyst on my right side that was only 2 cm big. It’s my left side that has been killing me. It feels like a sharp pain next to my left ovary area. The rest feels like there’s a brick over my womb. Lots of pressure and it feels raw and irritated. I’m actually in agony. They sent me home with pain pills and that helps but they make me want to throw up. I saw my OBGYN today and she was dumbfounded. I asked her if it’s Endometriosis and she said it could be but it doesn’t cause pain this severe. She told me it could be a GI Tract issue or painful bladder syndrome (I had tests to rule out something wrong with my bladder/urine). Earlier this year I had a CT scan done due to kidney stones, it revealed diverticulosis even tho I’m at a young age. The pain is slowly growing up my abdomen. Does anyone have thoughts or have gone thru something like this? I’m at a loss...

My symptoms:

Needing to pee every hour.

Sex and tampons are painful.

Nausea.

Low back pain.

Fluctuations between the runs and constipation.

Can’t eat without feeling sick to my stomach (I have to take digestive enzymes).

Tummy growls.

Chronic fatigue.

Kidney stones.

Feeling of pressure over entire pelvic area.

Left lower side of abdomen has a sharp pain.

Fibromyalgia.

Bloating.

Chronic migraines.

Diverticulosis.

Were you actually diagnosed with Diverticulitis? As it can cause many of these symptoms during a "flare-up". Usually, it is short term, and you are given antibiotics. I have this, and have had two very painful flare-ups. With antibiotics, and avoiding trigger foods like nuts and seeds I usually feel better within a week or two. Sometimes, people may require surgery. I would get a 2nd opinion by a Gastroenterologist, since you mentioned your obgyn was unsure..maybe go and get another opinion and tests. You mentioned Kidney Stones..do you have Kidney stones? If so, what was the prognosis and treatment? You have alot going on..have they put you on any kind of medication? Or surgery options?

Hi I didn’t see your reply till now. I just had a CT scan done to rule out diverticulitis. I’m about to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy done on Monday. My G.I doc told me it sounded more like Endometriosis so I’m heading back to my OBGYN soon.
