Elderly mother above 80 yrs old with all time feeling of very full stomach for more than 8 months. Also having diabetes and minor heart problems. Have gone A&E many times due to heartbeat fast / irregular, heart pain, whole body pain, or dizzy. Have done blood tests, mri scans, stomach endoscopes but hospital still find nothing and ruled out cancer. Medicines for bloating such as antacids and domperidone don’t help. No energy to exercise. Legs feel numb and weak to walk much. Coughing with colourless phlegm. Can’t eat much yet still feel hungry, and also cannot finish all her daily diabetes/heart medication as she may vomit out. Feels terrible, and wants to commit suicide. How to solve her problem of fullness feeling coupled with small appetite and thus losing weight everyday?

Chronic bloating
Perhaps a psychiatrist might be helpful. She does sound very depressed as well. This is understandable given her physical problems. It is also possible for depression to cause a whole range of physical problems. In particular it can cause stomach problems.
I am in the same situation. I have bloating and tightness in my stomach for a year non stop. I have had every test possible and yet they tell me im healthier than ever. I also get depressed. I am about to go see a psychologist to help me with my depression since doctors say Im healthy but I still feel horrible. Good luck!
I had a very similar experience with my own mother, she was older 90+ with minor heart problems and complained of bloating and had no appetite. Unfortunately I lived a long way away, but she had someone to come in and prepare food which she didn't want to eat. I concluded that she was depressed and lonely as when I went to stay or she stayed with me she was much better. I found that offering her small plates of food of the things she liked worked best. I figured at 90 worrying about a healthy diet was neither here nor there.
