Hey all! I’ve been suffering with an IBS-d flare up for over 2 weeks now. I believe it’s due to my ongoing anxiety and panic that I’ve been experiencing for 3 months. I’m taking a probiotic (always have), not sure that it’s gettit absorbed before I have the d. But I also thought about digestive enzymes. Anyone take them? Did they help with the d if you had that? Thanks!

Hi, have you been tested for "dumping syndrome" "leaky gut syndrome" or "Crohns disease"? I have had good results with flaxseed oil, and raw honey and ginger.
