I’ve had bad vomiting and diarrhoea since 1am Saturday morning and it’s been non stop and still not showing any signs of stopping . My stools are watery and illuminate yellow and have the worst smell I’ve ever smelt any ideas on what this could be or how to stop it ?

It could be a stomach virus. IBS does not usually cause vomiting.

If it's the same bug my family has had expect 5 to 8 days. If you get bile drink lemon juice in warm water.
