CARA! The ibs app to track ur symptoms

Hey guys

So i suffer with ibs c and quite alot of pain.

I have just been reading a piece in. Ewa paper today about a app called CARA.

I have downloaded it and it tracks ur diet and ur poop and what u have eaten so u can get idea of what makes u ill and ur pain threshold for that day.

It seems quite good and easier to deal with them a diary.

Just thought is put it out there for u

I really like this app. I have been using it for a few months. It has helped me find out about what my “triggers” are.

Yes i agree! I also use it to make sure i eat and drink enough and also popp regualry as i have tendency to forget ha ha
