I seem to be bloated constantly to the point where I look pregnant and can't fit into my jeans. I've had this for 6+ weeks with intermittent nausea, gas, cramps and fullness. I've recently been noticing mucus in my stool sometimes an orange colour and sometimes dark orange almost to the point of looking like blood but this was only a tiny amount. I've had a stitch like pain along my left hand side and recently been having period cramps and pain when I'm not even on my period. My stools are very irregular but mainly on the harder side and very smelly. I constantly feel uncomfortable and would really like to get it sorted fast! Has anyone been experiencing similar issues and if so please let me know.

Bloating constantly and I don't know what's wrong with me.
Hi , I have had similar past two wks but with no pain or cramps. Keep feeling like I need toilet but it's mostly just gas , blood and mucus (not usual for me) Have had nausea and feel really low in energy. Contacted Dr this morning so just waiting on him calling me back and hopefully giving me appt . I get constipated too but no sign of piles to explain blood loss but I read somewhere you can have internal hemeroids so that might explain it. Have u made Dr appt?
Internal piles would make you pass blood - and if it's bright red it probably is piles - if it is anything more sinister I was told that the blood would be dark. I have piles both internal and external and when they bleed it is very very bright red - you can tell the difference when you see it.
Hi, thanks for the reply! I've been to the doctors a few times but no one wants to do any tests so I'm currently just trying different medication but luckily one doctor asked for a stool sample so hopefully I should know more soon. I don't really get blood that's the thing, it was only a tiny bit that wasn't really enough to worry about.
Hope you get sorted soon.
Hopefully the stool sample will show what the problem is. I got to Dr on Monday and he did a rectal exam and wants stool sample also (have to bring it friday) .
Hi, I understand how you feel, it's horrible to appear pregnant when it's really bloated tummy. I have had this on and off for at least 6 months. I usually wake with a fairly flat tummy but by the end of the day, I look pregnant. I was prescribed macrogol, which is a powder that you dilute with water. It's really good and it seems to be helping me. i also had a few allergic reactions to different foods and am currently waiting to have allergy testing, as there seems to be no pattern to what is causing these. It is scarey, as I ended up having an anaphylactic shock and was admitted to hospital. I now have to carry an epipen everywhere I go. These things may or may not be related, I don't know. I think it's a matter of trial and error to find out what is the real cause for you as it seems everyone is differs. I have found that if I cut out bread, I feel so much better.
Good luck with it and I hope that this helps.

Its not a nice thing to have constantly. I wake up and my stomach is still distended which worries me further as its not always after food. I'm only 19 and do plenty of exercise so there shouldn't be anything too horrible going on but never the less it gets in the way of little things. Hopefully I'll see my doctor again soon and make sure I get the proper tests done.
Thanks for the reply, hope you're feeling better now.
Someone suggested FODMAP list to look up , which may help? Going to Google it now as never heard of it
