Is mycoprotein (that stuff thats in quron products for vegetarians) Ok??

Hi so i want to eat quron prosucts lie their vegetarian chicken and things but thwy all have mycoprotein in them...

What actually is this? Can others tolerate it or is it maybe wise to avoid?

Yeah but what does this mean... is it suitable for a an ibs diet or could the fungus be irritating??

Not sure probably best to wait to see if anyone else replies. Often IBS is so individual that it may be OK for some people and not others who have IBS. I would try it once and see if it affects you, or wait to see if anyone else has other views.

Just looked on the link ... thank you... it says

Lucky you showed me this because I am highly sensitive to barley malt extract ... you just saved me from a lot of sickness thank you 😊
