My 16 yr old daughter has nausea most mornings for 3 weeks now. Before that had transient episodes anytime for around 2 years. Not pregnant. No other symptoms 3 except ferritin stores 13.8. Normal is 13 to 150. Has had anaemia before. Blood tests normal now. Any ideas ?

Could she have anxiety? I always feel nauseous with anxiety and mornings are the worst x
Did they check her iron level? It could be iron deficiency.
