Fodmap Personalisation Query

Hi

I have just complete the reintroduction stage of the fodmap diet and moved to stage 3, personalisation.

I tried an item from all the main categories for stage 2 but in stage 3 it keeps telling me I did not test this ingredient. It's doing it for flavourings and natural flavouring mainy.

The query is does anyone know what I should try to see if i react to those things?

I have been through all the items listed in reintroduction and I can not see anything that would cover this.

I use the Fodmap app for this.
