I'm on my second month of taking Alflorex and feel wonderful, besides helping my IBS I have lots of energy but there's the problem as I can't sleep at night and I never had a problem before. Im wondering if anyone else has found that too

Well first and foremost so glad it's helped your IBS but sorry that you can't sleep at night. Have you thought about alternative/herbal therapies i.e. Kalms/meditation? I've never taken Alflorex so can't answer you re the lack of sleep but the above is just a thought.

Hey! I took Alflorex when I was the in the UK and now take, what I think, is the US equivalent, Align. I’ve had no problems sleeping and I take mine right before bed. Saying that, everyone reacts differently. I’ve taken other probiotics that have made me feel worse, so it might be worth trying a week or two without them to test? Good luck!

I did suffer from IBS and as I improved and introduced milk kefir in my daily diet, with time I found myself sleeping less and less. I feel energetic and in good mood all the time, so, sleeping less is not a bad thing.
