Could it be ibs

Hello I've had ibs before but now it's crazy I'm in the first trimester of pregnancy and suffering. When ever I eat doesn't matter what I get awful trapped wind and enormous pain but I'm also getting pain around the kidney area. I don't think its a kidney infection as having a pee doesn't hurt no temp etc. Could ibs really be causing back pain that high?

All I can say is drink plenty of water(boiled) just in case it is an infection and go and see your doctor. IBS is a funny old thing and we can all differ in our problems with it , apart from the obvious that we all suffer from , so it is better to be safe than sorry see your doctor or nurse as you are pregnant even more reason to go just to put your mind at rest , as worrying makes things worse.

I agree with leslyp in that you ought to go and see you doctor.
