Over the passed two years i have suffered with a massive bloated stomach that is now making me so self-concious. I used to have a six pack but gave in performing due to job commitments. I went from 10stone to 11 stone so havent massively gained wait to of got a gutt. In all my body shape is good, its just my stomach. I look pregnant and as male that would be a money maker!

Ive browsed over old posts of yours and notice that you could be coeliac. Have you gone back on to normal foods or religious on a gluten free diet? Re a few of your posts it could actually be gluten which is the culprit.
Had all kinds of tests for ceoliac and it isnt that. I had intolerant tests and cows milk and yeast came up twice. I have seemed to be fine with gluten although a lot of my foods is gluten free anyway and ive been dairy free almost 2 years now (joys)
What are you doing for the yeast intolerance? Has your doctor talked about Candida and Sibo? This article may be of interest to you:

Have you thought about wheat, that makes me bloat really badly and gives me an awful lots of wind. Since I cut right down (I need to use up my homemade bread before it's all gone) my tummy is a lot flatter.

Other thing if you are suffering from tiredness as well could check out thyroid problems - just a simple blood test needed at GP - if putting on weight.
