Hi, I was recently diagnosed with IBS c in July and for the past month I have had bad lower back pain. I have gone from bowel movement once a day to every 3 days and was wondering if that was the cause?
The pain seems to be worse sitting down and eases when walking, has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I also sometimes get lower back pain, in fact I had it a couple of days ago. Have you thought about taking anything to make you go to the toilet? I have taken golden linseed before - a rounded dessertspoon in a 3rd of a mug of water, soak for an hour and drink - this works for me.
