help with ibs

hello I'm new on here and I suffer really bad with ibs and just wondering what has everyone tried to help cure or combat it iv tried a lot of things from the doctors but nothing worked until I tried one thing and now I don't suffer with it as much as I did before

Oh sorry I take juice plus boosters they are amazing and never felt so better

Hi there

What has worked for you? Also, have you look at an elimination diet as mine has improved since I have cut out some foods and eat more healthily.
