Hi there, I'm a lot better than I was and that, I am sure, is down to me being very careful with my diet. I am cutting a lot of rubbish out of my diet i.e. I am making just about everything from scratch now and eat very little meat. I don't eat much fruit as I found it was giving me pain in my tummy and also making me go to the toilet more but I am going to start reintroducing it again.

Best way to tackle this condition is by diet, that has worked with me.

All the very best.
