I have "IBS" (I think it's something more serious personally), and I had a "flare up" two nights ago. Extreme stomach pain to the point of almost passing out, constipated diarrhoea, dizziness, palpitations, the works. Afterwards I was exhausted and still in pain, so I weng to bed.
Next morning, doing okay except for slight weakness. Ate toast for breakfast, went fine, when out of nowhere, the pain started again, except this time I was so nauseous that I had to carry a bucket with me on my way to the bathroom. I couldnt go, and ever since then, the pain has been getting worse, Im painfully nauseous, and the dizziness is terrible. Im just miserable, so, I would appreciate it if anyone could give some insight to this. Thank you.

What had you eaten for the flare up? Would not suggest Toast as that is wheat and you could have a problem with that during a flare up. Get some Charcoal tablets and use your medication the pain is awful with an attack.
Get to an ER, when something is that bad, without a question...sounds ulcery, could be gall bladder, backed up really bad, or even an esophogeal problem? We are not doctors here, but if it was me, I would already have gone. They can see a lot from a cat scan, if you are really constipated, u can have diarrhea, being impacted?
