Wind causing pains that feel like very intense period pains?

Hi I'm 16 and have been dealing with this perticular problem for a little while tbh it driving me mad. Had anyone exsperiance period cramp like pains (I'm not on my period and no where near to getting off my pill I do 2 months back to back because of my periods) it makes me want to double over and on some occasions made me close to passing out. I need to know if this has happened to anyone and if u went to the docs about it what did they say x

I used to get horrific cramps and trapped wind. I was in Scotland at the time. I was recommended mebevrine, colpermine (you can buy it in pharmacies) and kalms (can also be bought) the mebevrine is an antispasmodic, the colpermine is a peppermint capsule which controls the swelling and trapped wind and the kalms helps with the anxiety that can trigger a lot of these symptoms. I take mebeverin daily and it doesn't seem to help having a really bad flare up been having diarrhoea for four days In a row with pains
