Awaiting diagnosis!

I'm 25, a mum, & have otherwise been fit and well.

I'd say for the last year or two, I've been suffering. My symptoms are not continuous, they are very much sporadic, & all my problems have started to occur since I put myself on a gluten free diet, immediately cutting it out, and then beginning to eat bread and such things again very suddenly.

There's times the pain is unbearable, almost like having contractions, they knock me sick, & I can spend hours on the loo! It's getting to the point where I am becoming scared to eat because I don't know my triggers.

Any advice or support would be gratefully received. Lauren x
