Hi! I was dignosed at Xmas. I keep getting horrendous hunger pangs... does anyone else get them & dies anyone have any suggestions food wise that could maybe help? I'm trying to lose weight and struggling because of this 😔

Hi , yes I get the hunger/gnawing pains you mentioned at the top part of stomach, when I have a flare up I just have chicken soup chicken fish and rice, my last bout lasted six weeks but still feel that gnawing pain,

I occasionally get this as well, normally just before or after going to the loo. I normally have either scotch broth or tomato soup which seems to help
