Hi I'm really really constipated. Like one poo per week, so I bought some movicol and I've had all 8 sachets yesterday. Today I had a bit of runny diarrhea but not much actual stool. Will I do anymore poos or is that it's effect gone already?

Hi. It's likely that the liquid stool is bypassing the solid stool and this is what you've passed. Give it more time and keep drinking plenty of water. It sounds like it's on the move so hopefully you will have s result soon.
