Back pain from constant bloating. Anyone else?

Hi eveyone,

I have been feeling extremely bloated and uncomfortable lately, more so than usual. Have had IBS for 2 years now, im only 19 so the back pain is nothing to do with age or anything, and i have given up on doctors.

Anyone else?

I also cant go to the gym because the waistband on the lycra pushes against my bloated tummy and makes me want to throw up/gives me bad indegestion.

I also cant eat a lot because of the very bad IBS and i'm vegan so perhaps nutrient deficiencies are causing back pain,

Any help appreciated. Thank you all x
