I use Pukka teas as they have really nice ones like licquorice and peppermint, ginger, cinnamon etc or else Twinings ginger range.

Any of the fruit teas but I'm not keen on any of those but you may find you like them. I also make a warming broth with Bovril.

Enjoy

On FODMAP we have to avoid liquorice. I have decaff tea, chamomile and peppermint. Dont know about Bovril.

I found peppermint tea always helped calm my stomach and as long as what you're having is decaf too so decaf coffee and tea :)

Haven't had any restrictions, have always drunk normal black tea, any coffee (even with milk as I don't have a problem with lactose), and in the last few years I try to have a green tea every day. I don't actually like fruit teas but would avoid anything with apple as that is a fermentable carbohydrate. It is probably okay in a liquid but not something I want to risk. Ginger is a very good thing to have in general for digestive problems so you could have that . in a tea, but I prefer to take a supplement.

Do you mean that you are taking a ginger supplement? If so, which one?

I take the Holland and Barrett one, 2 capsules a day. I believe ginger is very good for you.
