My GP had diagnosed internal piles alongside my (minor) IBS. The annoying thing is if I give into the temptation of a couple of cups of good coffee as well as IBS symptoms I'll be bleeding. They did initially give me some (non-prescription) suppositorys for them but it made my IBS worse. Has anyone got experience of this and how to fix it?

Hi I gave up propper coffee in 1989 not touched it since; not just cos of IBS-D but because of panic atacks and irregular heart beat. Plus it used to send me strait to the loo and made me feel like the sky was gonna fall-in.
Thereis a simple opp for piles now so, dont need to put up with it.
