I just tried to join but couldn't manage to get the page to change once I'd entered all my information and pressed the "become a member" button.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for enquiring about membership. I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems trying to join online. I am currently not aware of any issues with our website which would prevent you from joining. It may be that your application form was not completed fully which prevented you from going any further. Our application form has several required fields and if all of these have not been completed, then you will not be redirected to make payment.
The required fields are listed below:
-First Name
-Surname
-Date of birth
-Gender
-Email address
-Password which must be a minimum of 6 characters and include a number
-Plan type – Choose between £24 online membership or £34 paper membership
-Address
-Town
-Country
-Post Code
-Where did you hear about us?
Once you have ensured that all of the above fields have been completed, a green box should appear above the application form saying that you are being re-directed to payment. This may take a few moments to load. You will then receive an email confirming that you have registered for membership and you will be re-directed to the payment page.
If you are still unable to join online, you can call our office on 0114 272 32 53 and I can set up your membership for you.
