Yes Ive noticed my temperature is a lot higher than usual all the time and I haven't a clue on how to combat it
yes I do but iam also menopausal , and I find when I take my meds for cramps or nausea I get hot .
So glad you put this on here Jess as I am constantly hot. I am menopausal but this feeling of heat is well beyond that. It's horrible
Over the last year yes I have been and I am over the menopause -if I am still like this in the autumn I might get myself checked out
