hi whats the cheapest and easiest version of this available in the uk please

I looked at the Daily Mail website and "The Village of the dammed" came up with a story about where Australia store Peodophiles.

Ah, thank you very much as I have to say I was very interested in your response above to Melliea and one of the reasons why was because I had read a very interesting article about a man who was in the very early stages of Alzheimers and somehow he connected the disease to Aluminium (I so wish I had kept that article years ago!). The man decided to remove all traces of Aluminium so he got rid of any pots and pans containing Aluminium; stopped using anti perspirant that contained the metal (I started using a natural crystal deodorant stick about 2 1/2 years ago now and haven't looked back) and anything else that contained the metal.

The very surprising thing about the article I read was that the man went back to the GP some time after removing the metal and there was no trace of Alzheimers - he cured himself!

I will look at purchasing some silica capsules.

Thank you very much for sharing the article on this forum, it is so helpful.

:)

Hi Stewart, thank you so much for getting back on this one. I am finding it really interesting and what I do when I see interesting articles on this site is copy and paste the conversation into my IBS folder. I've had IBS for around 20 years now and whilst it's not as bad as a lot of people on here it still gets to me, particularly the pain and feeling of sick if I have really exerted myself i.e. I love challenges and I have done the Moonwalk in London 4 times now, this is a night time powerwalk marathon - I love this powerwalk. The last time I did the walk which was last year left me feeling sick and an upset tummy which lasted for around a week. I am trying to find ways to avoid that happening again hence keeping an eye on this forum and finding tips from other people.

I'm glad you are nearly there and you should be proud of yourself on how well you have done.

All the very best for the future.

:)
