If this is a one off then it could be just something you ate , see how you feel tomorrow xx

It depends how dark brown? If it is much darker than usual and almost black that could be a sign of blood in the stool. if this has just started today maybe keep an eye on how you feel and if your still bad later / tomorrow then go to the doctors. If its been going on for longer then go to the doctors - it can NEVER hurt to just go if you are worried! and if your stool is almost black then 100% go. Feel better soon!

If you are feeling dizzy and sick it could be virtigo and did you mean your urine is dark brown or your poo ? Do get a doctor to come and see you if the dizziness continues they can help.
