Have you tried changing your diet like leaving out one food group at a time and keeping a food and bowel movement diary to see if there are any changes

Many people in this group use the FODMAP diet

Yes I am going to start I do know some of the triggers like cheese wine coffee and any spicy food and wine but sometimes when I have been well for a week I do something silly and regret it

Try dairy free for about 2/3 weeks keeping the diary. You can use dairy free spread and soya milk.

I have to have a dairy free diet and the thing I miss most is cheese and chocolate bars !!!
