Hi all! Part 2 is here, again there's no real fixed thing im talking about here other than an update. I'm hoping to do more in the future where i can properly talk about food and coping mechanisms and stuff!

So glad your Meds are starting to work, I am the same as you Lactose intolerant. And trying to find Meds that are not coated with lactose is a nightmare for me, as I am IBS-D. Let's hope they continue to work for you, and use lots of moisteriser if your skin is drying, I have to do mine 2-3 times a day due to eczema. Take care and thank you for your Vlogs.xx
Thanks for your video. I've had ibs d for about 6 years and am going through a flare up at the moment. So it helps to know I'm not alone. I hope the treatment continues to work for you!
Love it. I'd love to see a project with dozens and dozens of people posting videos like this talking about IBS, how it affects them, coping mechanisms, etc. And from all ages, body types, genders and backgrounds. I think it would remove some of the mystery and stigma if more people talked about it frankly and openly.
