pain under boob and pressure build up.

I have Ibs a plus fibro and me plus more.

Anyway I have pain under my left boob. It start a couple years ago now. I've had all the test done all the diet and no answers, dont no what's going on.

I now have pressure and a pain which runs along the bottom of my bra which now is unwired because I can't wear a wired.

For a few mths now it has started swelling up so tried last mth 2 different tablets to help with the bloating but it has got worse I do take mebeverine for my bowel and reflux tablets, I also take a blood pressure tablets and rub cream on my lower back for my m.e but no joy.

Rib pain is also happening more often usually down the right side of my back of my ribs,

So any ideas would be welcome as im sick of tablets as i alway have reactions and not good ones.

Maybe you have spasms? I've had some intense pain from spasms. I drink peppermint tea to help me, peppermint oil is too strong for me and seems to trigger my symptoms of ibd, not sure if you've tried it. Also, turmeric is supposed to help with pain.

i have spasms but thats my bum.... i have tried peppermind tablets plus tea and no joy. Turmeric is news to me so will look into that, thanks for your comments

I have exactly same pain as you and have given up wearing my bra where possible! It is definitely in my cAse associated with wind so try to eat Fodmaps as this keeps it to the minimum. Have you tried Fodmaps it if not the whole thing try giving up dairy and/or gluten for a while to see if any difference.

Over the years before fodmap i have done lots of test with foods and i am sensitive to some food but small amounts of gluten,dairy im ok, l

have done the fodmap and it made me a lot worse so no joy there.thanks for you comment,
