I've got a pain in my lower right hand side below my rips. I've had this since sunday. I've got a hard job to walk with the pain. I did at first thought I had trapped wide. Please help

Hi Kelly if you've had the pain since Sunday & it's painful walking may I suggest you consult a doctor just to get it checked out.

well yes your G.P.Could be a groin strain.does it improve with ice pack or does it feel worse for heat applied? i get this sometimes in back or side as a trigger for ibs. get it checked out.
