Following advice after an operation I have been eating digestive biscuits daily; half a dozen or more.

This has had a beneficial effect on my bowels that are now more stable much to my delight.

Hi sapiens42 just wondering if your problem was Constipation or Diarrhea prominent.

I had a three day cycle of constipation followed by diarrhoea

Hi sapiens42 thank you for your reply. I have IBS-C and some times get away with eating a small amount of wheat. I don't think I had better have that many digestives though!

I am really pleased you have found some thing to ease your symptoms.
