HELP! I think what I have is IBS, can't be sure though cause I diagnosed myself. No diarrhea or constipation thank goodness. Just an empty aching feeling at the top of my stomach after I eat. This feeling is a result of almost everything I eat. Going nuts trying to figure it out. I don't eat many of the foods that trigger it, cause everything seems to trigger it. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Please advise:)

You don't say what your IBS symptoms are - diarrhorea or constipation.

Unfortunately buttermilk would not help me as my diarrhorea symptoms are controlled by a strict diary/lactose free diet
