I hear the SCD (SPECIFIC CARBOHYDRATE DIET WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU) OR PERHAPS THE GAPS DIET WHICH SEEMS VERY SIMILAR...

CHECK IT OUT... I have not done it..for me I am currently trying the fodmap diet...If I had celiac than I probably be doing SCD or maybe I might end up doing it anyway for my condition

Your best bet is to join an organisation like the Celiac society who understand all there is to know about this condition. My work colleague has Celiac and she found support and help. She was instrumental in getting some restaurants to offer gluten free meals. Get the Celiac under control and perhaps your IBS may ease. Wish you well and keep us all posted on how you get on x
