I have had ibs D or so I was told for around 16 years had all the tests done including celiac test twice all came up clear. I spent a fortune on different treatments and probiotics nothing worked. I went and got an allergy test done privately wheat and cows milk among other things came up I have cut out wheat and dairy out of my diet for just over a week now and feel like a different person all the symptoms I had have gone it was the best 80 euros I have spent. I would recommend anybody with ibs get this done as its the only thing that has worked for me.
