Probiotic Digestive Advantage Intensive Bowel Support

Has anyone tried this product. I have seen so many great reviews from people on various sites. I hav ordered some from the US from this site iherb.com/Ganeden-Digestive...

somuch cheaper than buying it at Amazon UK. I have been using them do about a week and they seem to have helped.

I have tried so many probiotics and espensive ones for IBS constripation, but none have worked too well.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have just started using Probiotic Acidophilus from Holland & Barrett. Early days yet but I do see an improvement. Once you're on them you need to keep taking them though and I stopped taking coffee at the same time so its hard to tell.

Going on holiday soon so getting desperate to get some control of this.
