Hi lillieloulou,

I am on Anastrazole for 5 years after chemo for grade 3 Oestrogen and Progestrogen positive breast cancer. I believe we can eat a pretty normal diet. Just avoid food that contains plant oestrogens. But there's not much that I don't eat. Obviously keep the alcohol to a minimum, but if you enjoy the odd drink that's ok.

I am a member of the Breast cancer care website, which provides all kinds of information and they have downloadable booklets (one on nutrition) too. I also belong to Maggies Online Community which also provides nutrition information. I don't know if I'm allowed to put web links in this forum, but you should be able to find these websites by searching for them in Google etc.

As far as supplements go, I take an Omega 3 fish oil capsule and an Evening Primrose Oil capsule, which helps with the side effects of drugs like Tamoxifen etc. I also have Adcal +D3 from my GP, because of the risk of osteoporosis.
