I had Primary Complex when I was a kid, I took medications for 6 months and eventually was cleared. My past X-rays was all negative. I had laboratory tests and x-ray two years ago before I start my internship and they found fibrohazy densities in the upper left lung of my x-ray, I had sputum test and the result was negative. After a year, I applied for a job and I had laboratory tests and x-ray. The radiologists found the same diagnosis on my x-ray (in the upper left lung again), they said it's minimal ptb...again. I had sputum test again and it's negative, I never had any symptoms and those who interviewed and assisted me are the social workers only, I never seen a doctor and they gave me medications for 6 months (it's a public hospital). Should I see a doctor for second opinion?

I would get a second opinion if you can otherwise you will worry about it.

Hi Weni,
It is always worth getting a second opinion of you have any concerns about your diagnosis or treatment. If the diagnosis is correct, however, it is important to take your medication to reduce any risk of the TB progressing.
With best wishes,
Helen
