Antitumor Activity Seen With Keytruda in mCRPC
In the study, 29% of patients had previously undergone two or more chemotherapy regimens, and about 25% were treated with both enzalutamide (Xtandi) and abiraterone (
Zytiga
).

AC225 whilst Chemotherapy Naive
So my Father's PSA has risen whilst on
Zytiga
and after switching to Dexamethasone. Although that switch from Prednisone did it bring it down for two consecutive months. My father had a recent PSMA scan which shown multiple bone mets but shown the cancer does express PSMA.

Yet another generic Zytiga question.
Recalling some concerns about generic
Zytiga
on this site, I said I'd prefer Janssen
Zytiga
. Briova person said I'd have to change my doctor's prescription to specify only brand Janssen
Zytiga
. I did that, and now I'm not sure that was a wise move.

Medicare Advantage Plans Any Tips, Insights or Suggestions?
What companies and/or plans may better suite my condition I've had Taxotere,
Zytiga
and am currently on Xtandi. Going forward my Mo suggests Cabzataxel/Carboplatin, Xofigo, palliative radiation treatments etc, etc. I am currently on SSDI due to progressed nature of my PCa.

What I learned from today's conference call...
This means combining ADT with androgen receptor signaling inhibitors such as Xtandi or
Zytiga
to try to control metastatic PCa. Which to choose? Depends on tolerance of the most common side effects.

metastatic lesions
She now wants to start
Zytiga
with prednisone. Last week the results of a body scan showed metastatic lesions on 4 of my ribs. I am also scheduled for a hip replacement in 24 hours. For the last four years I have held up through all of the changes. Now I am afraid.

Generic Zytiga Cost
I just ordered my
Zytiga
generic refill from Community Specialty Pharmacy division of Walgreens. The retail price was just over $3000 and my Medicare copay was $150. I have used generic since January with no problems.

New PSMA ligand treatment with less side effects than Ac225?
Also, a short
Zytiga
stint, and 18 months or so of Xtandi, and Xgeva. Started in August 2014 with PSA of 212, Gleason 9 so it's an aggressive SOB'ing strain. Was showing up in my spine, cheekbone, and sacrum in March, 2017.

PSA down further and starting Docetaxel today
Oncologist has asked me to stop the
Zytiga
when I am going thru the docetaxel treatment. Just wanted to hear from anyone on what I should be expecting in the next couple of weeks before my next cycle. Can I continue to do my thrice a week gym as well as daily walk? Thanks

Zytiga, oxygen and the USA
A couple of months back I posted a query re experiencing shortness of breath after six months on goserelin +
zytiga
, wondering how this might impact me when I joined my youngest Son (32) for a couple of weeks hiking in Yellowstone and Grand Teton.

Zytiga after taxotere chemo? Help understanding
His oncologist has mentioned starting him on
zytiga
after his infusions are over. I have read that
zytiga
is usually given further along and im worried about what the implications are. And if there are less treatment options after it? Thank you for any feedback about the drug/treatment plan

What’s new? (Well, I’m new here, for starters.)
He took
Zytiga
, then Xtandi (which the doc just told him to stop bc his PSA went up a bit, and he was having balance issues). New spots (lung, maybe liver) showed up on a recent PET scan.

Discouraged
Been taking
zytiga
with trelstar a year now since diagnosis. Initially psa fell quickly from 352 to undetectable, but since May has been doubling monthly. Today it is 0.97. 😔 I sure was hoping to be on this regimen longer. I go back to dr next Thursday.

Husband thinks PSA undetectable means cancer is undetectable...I think not
If you look at past posts should bring you up to date..2018 Gleason 10,mets,lupron chemo, gene mapping nothing,
zytiga
gene mapping again,msh2 mutation, keytruda 2x,stopped because liver enzymes high, but scans show significant decrease in mets, and for 4 months undetectable PSA.
