Hello. Is there anyone here who came in contact with Paul to ask how is he doing? Its been over 3 months that he is not posting here and his latest thread was a bit worrysome (lack of treatment left).
Thanks in advance, good luck everyone and enjoy your summer!
PS: My father is still on Zytiga and its still working after 15 months.

Unfortunately Paul H. passed away in early May. I chatted with Paul off the boards more than with any other person and really hated to see him suffer at the end. We both have kids around the same age and that really bothered me. I hope his wife and kids are doing better. On the bright side Paul was still able to take a nice family trip just a couple of weeks b4 he passed. May he rest in peace and may his family find comfort that he know longer has to suffer. I hated to see him living a nightmare which is what he told me it felt like in the way he was living.
Amazing, the character and resolve from Paul H, and all other warriors that kept fighting all the way.
The strength I've built on from these men - made me step up my resolve. The physicians treating us, are our soldiers in the battle field, we're the Generals!
Paul was one tough guy. He gave me inspiration for sure. He tried to get Lu177 but didn't qualify. I think it may have taken the wind out of his sails, so to speak. Rest in peace Paul.
I had also been wondering what happened to Paul, so thanks for asking and thanks to Fuzzman77 for the update. When I hear stories like his, it makes it all seem so random and unfair. The only way I know how to cope is to get out and *live* for the remainder of my life.
110% agree with you Tom. I plan on going until I just can't go anymore. Grateful for today. Tomorrow is not guaranteed for people like me. If Keytruda didn't whack my diabetes so bad I would be more confident but I am also afraid to quit taking it.
I don't have access (and don't want it) to facebook, so would you please relay my condolences to the Paulofaus' family for me. May he rest in Peace.....
I've read Paul's posts and responses. Sad to hear of another one of us passing. Condolences to his friends and family. I suppose it is good to get this closure for someone who has gone silent. We are all in a serious battle with this disease.
I’m so sad to hear the news as he was one of the first to contact me when I was told I had advanced prostate cancer at 47. He was an amazing man and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. He steered me through some tough days.
