Xgeva frequency ?
My local MO has put me on
Xgeva
on a three month rotation. I recently had a consult with a PCa specialist at OHSU in Portland, Oregon, and she recommended
Xgeva
at 60 mg doses every 6 months. I will see my MO at the end of this month and will see if he agrees with the 6 month rotation.

NED with Kisqali
The doctor advises that after the September appointment I will visit and have the
Xgeva
shots every 8 weeks for awhile instead of every 4 weeks. That will be a nice reprieve. I have cut down on my wine consumption but tonight is an exception. Raise a glass with me dear friends!!!!!

New PSMA ligand treatment with less side effects than Ac225?
Also, a short Zytiga stint, and 18 months or so of Xtandi, and
Xgeva
. Started in August 2014 with PSA of 212, Gleason 9 so it's an aggressive SOB'ing strain. Was showing up in my spine, cheekbone, and sacrum in March, 2017.

MEMORY LOSS, WAS IT CAUSED BY THE ESTROGEN PATCHES
Following a positive biopsy indicating that I had prostate cancer (3+4) in late 2013, I began a long ADT treatment protocol that included a combination of Lupron, Casodex, Avodart,
Xgeva
and Metformin until Februaru 2015.

Challenging Week!
After 9 months on Ibrance, Letrozole, and
Xgeva
, first line of treatment, the two tumors in my breast show a marked improvement and still no lymph node involvement. After that news, I was skeptical, but somewhat hopeful my scan would also reveal marked progress or stability.

Erleada Update
I have been on Erleada + Lupron +
Xgeva
since January 2019. My PSA has dropped from 13.4 to 1.4. I have had very bad nausea for 7 months. Nothing helped, phenegran, compazine or zofran. I also had gastric bypass 4 years ago. Protein intake was very important. I decided to change my diet.

Xgeva vs Cost
My treatment is Ibrance 125 / Lerrozole / Falsodex /
Xgeva
. My insurance is not covering a high amount of injections ($ 985 per month). I cannot cover this. The point is: Is the injection really necessary to strengthen the bones or is there any other option ???

Faslodex and Xgeva Part II
Hi 🌺 I wish everyone is wonderfully well 🌺🎀 In the previous post I asked how to face the high costs of faslodex and
xgeva
injections. My insurance does not cover these medicines and I can no longer afford the high costs. Following the advice I made the application on the Faslodex website.

Berberine and Xtandi
My PSA dropped from 444 ng/mL to 7 ng/mL but started to go back up, so now Xtandi and
Xgeva
have been added to the mix. My PSA is now down slightly but my testosterone continues to creep toward 50 ng/dL.

Lowering Ibrance dose
8/2/2019 UPDATE: Just started lower dose Ibrance, now on 100mg, no longer taking exemestane (AI), getting faslodex shots instead, and continuing monthly
Xgeva
shot. Crossing fingers and toes I get some relief from these side effects and the new regimen keeps working on the bone mets!
