adrenal gland & thyroid
I recently read a book āThe Great Thyroid Scandal (and how to avoid it)ā and ātickedā my way through the book as I have had 90% of the various symptoms detailed in the book for the past 30 years. It suggested that the adrenal gland & thyroid work closely together & if thyroid is not functioning as it

Thyroid Disease in Ageing Populations

ATA Virtual Patient Forum: International Thyroid Awareness Week - Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 8pm - 9:15pm EDT
In case anyone is interested, registration appears to be open - both in they are accepting registrations AND it is open to the public. It would be interesting to find out about how useful it is. The time makes it somewhat awkward for many in the UK. I think it works out to be 01:00 in the morning

Half a Thyroid better than none?
I have had Long Covid since March 2020. Investigations showed the right half of my Thyroid was enlarged. I was told all thyroid indicators were fine and that my disabling LC symptoms had nothing to do with my thyroid. Eventually, four years later the stars aligned for me to have an operation. That was

enlarged thyroid
Hello, Iāve posted confusing information about my thyroid labs in the past but this post has to do with the size of my thyroid which is more definitive. I also have multiple thyroid nodules as well. My thyroid itself does not protrude out as one would expect with the size of each lobe. To make this
