That letter was dated 15 May 2019. Over five years ago!

But not clear how that relates to the range in your original post.

Reference intervals (ranges) do change from time to time. And especially if they change the technology used for their analyser. We really have no choice but to check each time and go only with the results and reference intervals that came from the lab at the same time.

It doesn't make things easy.
