Vyvanse

Does anyone have any experience with taking Vyvanse and Zoloft on the same day. I was reading online about potential drug drug interaction but wanted to check in and see if anyone has experience with this.

I've been on 50 mg of Vyvanse for a few months.My doctor recently added 10mg of ritalin when the vyvanse starts dulling. I only take adhd meds when I work. I'm having a lot of bak pain and muscle pain on days I take the meds. Sometimes my whole body hurts. Anyone else have a similar experience.

I'm new here and was wondering if anyone could share any experience and/or advice on travelling to China with Vyvanse.

recently diagnosed - switched from 20mg x2 daily Ritalin to 30mg Vyvanse. I have noticed every afternoon at the same time I get a red face, red ears, red neck. I also have anxiety so my mind untimely goes to worse case scenario, something very wrong.

For the past 3 years he has been taking Vyvanse, which had worked for the most part, but he is so hyper at night and in the morning and had a hard time with not making appropriate comments when it wears off or even some days Vyvanse can worsen symptoms.

Now she's on Vyvanse, propanalol (beta blocker for the tachycardia and anxiety), and she's going to start lamictil as a mood stabilizer. But the Vyvanse stopped working even sooner than the Concerta. She's in danger of not being able to do her job as a medical assistant.

I am wondering if this is over the vyvanse. If so, I need to get off of it.

I have been taking Vyvanse 20mg capsule every other day since about 2 months! Recently,I noticed that on the off day I do much better than than the On day (the day when I take Vy anse). The symptoms I have when I'm on are: dizziness,lethargy,tiredness, inattentiveness.

She is taking 100 mg Pristiq and 30 mg of Vyvanse. of course, we are unable to find generic Vyvanse anywhere. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. We have 4 more pills left then we are out. She has inattentive ADHD, depression, and newly diagnosed ASD. Thank you!

I heard most of the people use Vyvanse, Adderall and Concerta. Are those medications WAY BETTER then Ritalin or is Ritalin still a valid option? I'm using Ritalin guys but taking it 2/3 times a day is a joke. Thanks in advance for your help guys

At first, Adderall and then Vyvanse (switched due to shortage) unequivocally demonstrated how much of a handicap I had due to ADHD without even realizing it.

I take Vyvanse and it helps with mood, energy, focus. Anyway, does anyone else get excited about certain thoughts and prospects after they take their stimulant? My mind is positive and full of ideas and possibilities. Feel good thoughts.

He was on Vyvanse and we switched as it was causing major emotional meltdowns. He’s now been on Quillavant for a week and he’s so grumpy and sassy literally all the time. I can’t take it anymore.

My kiddo just received that prescription and after reading about it, I am quite hesitant to have her try it as it is not as straight forward as Vyvanse or Concerta. I'm also concerned bc she has been diagnosed with low blood pressure and a side effect can be low blood pressure.

She has tried Vyvanse & Concerta. Both have given her multiple negative side effects and extreme anxiety/panic attacks. She was in the middle of trying a non-stimulant med. (It takes 4 weeks for it to work & she took it for a week and a half).

I was diagnosed with ADHD in Jan.2024 and started on stimulants currently on Vyvanse 20mg every other day. Got some ADHD coaching . There is an improvement in memory and focus. However, my social/emotional/ communication skills are bad!

Currently we are trying vyvanse and hoping with the right dose things may “settle” (whatever that means for us eh!) He’s addicted to video games and trying to get him to do anything without yelling is a chore . And even then if I yell he shuts down and still nothing gets done.

I started on Concerta then changed to Vyvanse 20 mg now, I'm taking Vyvanse every other day and I'm more focused and my working memory is fine. I also, take medication for anxiety !

My doctor just started me on Vyvanse a few days ago, and I'm already experiencing side effects( headache, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea. You know, the norm) However, one concerning one came up: mood swings. I can go from rage to depression to elation.

hi I’m new to the group, I’m 64 & recently diagnosed with adhd & started on vyvanse 30mg ten days ago, the first few days I had intense speedy sensations, dry mouth …as per suggestion of my psychiatrist, these side effects have reduced a lot.
