Teen boy impulsivity/help
We have done therapy, medications,
vitamins
, but he feels that the best help for him is for me to listen to him. I try my very best but it is hard to see him suffering in terms of low self esteem, not fitting in and not finding his place all while hormones are going strong.

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies/Thyroid dysfunction.. Chicken or Egg?
I read a lot here about how these
vitamins
should be optimal for the thyroid to function well. However I have supplemented them both for years (they constantly slip down if I stop) and my thyroid is still slow. I am on 100mcg T4 every day.

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
I've been taking quite an array of
vitamins
and minerals daily. Actually 7 in number, vitamin C, B, D3, K2, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year).

Her
vitamins
were tested last in October 2022 which were dreadful & I bought her a B12 spray as she forgets to take or is reluctant to take tablets.

CBC test anemia: high MCV, MCH, low RBC and leukocytes?
He is 66 and began taking iron supplements after we discovered his age 50+
vitamins
have no iron (and his diet has been poor). But now I'm thinking that may not be the issue. I know radiation fatigue can do a number of folks, as can ADT. Are the high/low values indicative of anything?

I, for the last 5 years, thorough research, have tried to see if any
vitamins
, herbs helped her Parkinsons. I recently, started her on B3 1000mg a day and CoQu10 100mg a day and for the last 6 weeks she has had none of the cramp systems. I mentioned this to her MDD but got no feedback.

. 🙂 In the USA there are clinics owned and run by nurses where one can get infusions with or without
vitamins
of your choice. There are also mobile clinics.

Help with blood test results and symptoms please
I am gluten- free and have been taking Vitamin D3 and iron/ B
vitamins
for the last few weeks. I stopped my iron/b
vitamins
a week before my blood tests, which were taken at 8.30am after fasting. I am not taking levothyroxine or other thyroid medication.

hEDS and B12 comorbidity?
I have seen on the EDS website that deficiencies in
vitamins
B12 and D plus iron are common. Elsewhere I’ve seen the suggestion that people with hEDS might have issues with absorbing folic acid properly.

Recent thyroid panel.. thoughts
In order to complete the test I stopped all
vitamins
for over a week to ensure the blood work was not affected by supplements. I am wondering what your take on my results would be? Any pointers would be really appreciated. Do I need to try t3?

does anyone have any advice on maintaining levels of fat soluble
vitamins
. I suspect I am not making enough bile -hence poor digestion. dietician suspects bile acid malabsorption.
