Follow up on SBRT to Liver
I'm assuming it will be
Verzenio
. Most enlightening through this process has been how well I have felt not being on any meds. I have been in a constant state of fear since diagnosis because of all the pain and fatigue, and it has been nice to be without those nasty side effects!

Ibrance and Faslodex stopped working; oral faslodex?
The alternatives were chemo;
Verzenio
and something else; or a clinical trial. Since she felt the new lesions were small and slow growing, it was worth trying the clinical trial, since it would easier to take. It is a phase 1-2 trial of an oral medication that works like Faslodex, same mechanism.

Capacitabine and insomnia
Hi everyone and happy almost weekend, I was switched to Capacitabine last week after progression on
Verzenio
. I'm happy that the side effects so far (light nausea) are much better than the
Verzenio
. But...for the past three nights I've had insomnia, which is very unusual for me.

Terrific CT Scan Results
Now on
Verzenio
, Zometa, Faslodex, Enocrit. Went for a CT Scan last Friday. Results in my account almost immediately, and also given to me by my onc on Monday. This was my best CT report EVER. Everything has either shrunk or is GONE. Almost everything is clear. What terrific news.

Petscan was completely clear, even my mets to my spine were gone. Has this happened to anyone else?
The doctors didn’t know what to say and have continued my
Verzenio
and Fulvesant protocol at the same level. I am scheduled for another Petscan in April. The doctors aren’t acknowledging it as a full remission and seem to be cautious to say anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

Verzenio Side Effects---Take a Break?
I think the
Verzenio
was also the cause of my swollen feet/weight gain. I must have lost at least 5 pounds last night. Too bad I didn't check my weight before going to bed.

Please share your experience with abemaciclib (Verzenio)
Went on the
Verzenio
site and read what I might expect on this medication. Would love to hear your experience if you care to share it. Thank you! Colleen

Hand Foot Syndrome and/or Neuropathy
I am on Faslodex,
Verzenio
, Zometa, and now Retacrit (Procrit), along with pain meds, etc., but it is certainly one of the first three that is causing the problem in my hands and feet.

Newly diagnosed with a return of breast cancer after four years. I have stage 4 breast cancer and am on Verzenio. Feeling pretty isolated.
I began taking
Verzenio
with early side effects such as stomach issues but they stopped after the first month. Now I am experiencing tremendous fatigue and bone aches. I also get a two shots once a month.

Verzenio issues
I was just wondering who all is on or had been on
Verzenio
? I have only been on it since July and this drug is kicking my butt. I am very fatigued, no diarrhea but very constipated, nauseated loosing weight, itching all the time, and at time I’m out of breath.

New METS found in recent PET. Changing to Piqray
I started on Ibrance, then Afinitor, and now
Verzenio
. I'll finish the 2 1/2 weeks I have left on the
Verzenio
, then do a wash out for 2 weeks and start Piqray. Wondering what experiences anyone has had with this treatment. I'll continue to get monthly Faslodex shots and Zometa every 3 months.

Verzenio and diarrhea
I have been metastatic for 8 years and am currently on
Verzenio
. The onc already reduced the dose but I'm still having a horrible time with diarrhea, even with taking 6 lomotil daily. Would like to hear from others with similar experiences and how you've handled the problem.

Verzenio/low ANC/side effects
I've been on
verzenio
(50 mg twice and day) and Letazole (once and day) for 8 months. My CA- 27-29 numbers have dropped from 185 to 35. My CEA 34 to 1.7 I have a progressive doctor who has helped me with these issues. GI problems With the use of probiotics I have totally eliminated any GI issues.

Verzenio now possibly to be given to women with earlier stages of breast cancer
That is a big step forward if they can start using
Verzenio
to prevent women from ever becoming a stage iv cancer patient.

Switching to verzenio - progression to liver
Now being switched to
verzenio
along with faslodex due to liver mets. Was just wondering how anyone handled this treatment and how long did it work. Very nervous over the side effects and just having liver mets. Any insight or tricks for the side effects is greatly appreciated.

Good news on tumor markers
I guess treatment (Abemaciclig/
Verzenio
, Zometa, Fulvestrant/Faslodex) is working. Let's hope it keeps working for a very long time. Good luck everyone! Anne (in Cincinnati)

Bone pain, trouble walking
I am presently taking
Verzenio
and tamoxifen. My recent PET scan showed overall decrease in the liver, bone and lung. But after that, I’m experiencing so much pain and inability to walk without a can. Has anyone with bone Mets had this experience?

Strange flares?
(I was on Ibrance (100 mg) and Letrozole, but my CA 27.29 markers started spiking, so I'm off that, taking Letrozole until I'm out, have had my two loading doses of Faslodex and am supposed to start
Verzenio
soon.) The situation started around the time we shut down for COVID-19.
