I have also done reading for information on the clinical trial that includes ,Ublituximab + Umbralisib in Combination With Venetoclax , but I've not seen anywhere that people have talked about using/choosing it over Venetoclax, or Imbruvica.

Hi, Venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab has been approved frontline for CLL. This is the first fixed duration non-chemo approach for CLL.

This is a follow-up to my last question about taking 200 mg of venetoclax instead of 400 mg. Some people stopped at 200 mg because their counts were good. If you are happy with your current dosage on venetoclax, I am wondering what is the value of your lymphocyte count?

So, a quick update from me. Went for a checkup yesterday (Friday). Consultant pleased with status, Lymphocytes have reached the lofty heights of 1.1. The reading has moved around the 0.7-1.0 since start of treatment. This was only a ‘normal’ checkup. Back in July for my checkup in the research dept

Next week supposed go on venetoclax.

I am thinking perhaps 200 mg is the optimal dose of venetoclax for me. I am wondering if anyone else stayed at this level.

I started Venetoclax on January 21st, ramped up to 400 mg on February 18th, and had my first Rituxin infusion on February 25th.

I would like to switch to Venetoclax and wonder if anybody with almost normal blood levels changed from Imbruvica to Venetoclax and what was the regiment and anybody on modified levels of Venetoclax? I seem to be very sensitive to any medications and usually do not tolerate suggested dosage.

My husband has three more days to go in a clinical trial with venetoclax and ibrutinib. We are travelling in the US, returning to Australia today. The treatment has been successful - a complete response, with no sign of CLL anywhere at 15 months of treatment.

I have not read of anyone else on the forum experiencing the same problem with Venetoclax. Has anyone else developed a similar problem? Your advice will be appreciated. John, the umpireman.

After several discussion with my hematologist I decided for the phase II trial AVO with acalabrutinib venetoclax and obinutuzemab. I am now cycle 6 with some bumps on the road.

How bout venetoclax and acalabrutinib? How do lactose intolerant patients manage the situation?

Got the trifecta of my trial Imbrutinib Obinutuzumab Venetoclax to start in 3 months. Had a tough reaction Monday so pulled off obinutuzumab to dilute or reduce dose. Admitted to RWJ Cancer Institute will start back up this morning. 100 ml Then tomorrow the remaining 900ml.

They are looking at the venetoclax and ibrutinib as a combined therapy. The Clarity trial took 50 patients, some in the final stages of the disease and mutations. They had a 100% response with 30% showing undetectable CLL in six months of treatment.
