Updated blood test results- is hypo the cause of my symptoms?
Also recently started taking
Tyrosine
, which actually seems to give me a real boost- not sure if that's a long term solution though. Thank you.

CAR-T for CLL Hits Goal of Mid-Stage Trial - All patients had progressed on BTK inhibitors & most had failed venetoclax - MedPageToday, 6/12
These 49 patients had progressed on previous Bruton
tyrosine
kinase (BTK) inhibitors and experienced venetoclax (Venclexta) failure, making them "double refractory," and had been treated at the recommended phase II dose level of 100×10⁶ CAR-positive T cells, they noted in The Lancet.

Bariatric surgery, what do you think?
I've been thinking about doing a stomach reduction surgery (gastric sleeve) because I can't lose weight. Since I have problems with my thyroid (RAI ablation in 2012) I gained 25 kg(90 kg in the past and now I've 115/1,87 cm)), I have tried all the treatments(ndt, synthetic) that have not yielded results

Total t3 and free t3
Hi all-Just would like to know how important the total t3 is on a fasting blood test. The weird thing is, my free t3 has gone up, now in the mid range which is good,it's never been so high.. but my total t3 is at the very bottom range, while my tsh is now below range, near suppressed. T4 is good, above

Hello! I am 20 years deep at age 40 into basically helping doctors regulate my thyroid after a horrible medical overdose at age 17 my thyroid was never the same ….perhaps it was like that as a kid from a traumatic move because I gained 40 pounds seemingly overnight, however I didn’t become medicated

BTK Degrader Shows Potential for Treating Refractory CLL and SLL
A novel Bruton's
tyrosine
kinase (BTK) degrader, NX-2127, has shown potential for treating patients with double- and triple-refractory CLL or SLL who have experienced disease progression while on any covalent or non-covalent BTK inhibitor, as well as a BCL2 inhibitor.

How to get Tirosint?
Morning all! The reaction I'm having after taking after taking my levothyroxine tablets has become more overt and severe. I had stopped it for a while and reintroduced it and within 10 -15min of swallowing I have throat, lip and facial swelling with breathing problems. I have Teva for comparison

Results on Armour Thyroid - Help
Hi, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in July 2013 (10 years ago). Was put on 50 mcg Synthroid, then in 2014 I started taking a synthetic compound of T4/T3. Worked with my integrative NP for 5 more years to adjust this compound to get to a comfortable dose of 80 t4/12 t3 mcg. Then in December of 2021

BTK Inhibitor Therapy for CLL: An International Perspective - Stephan Stilgenbauer, MD
There are 2 major classes of targeted therapies: Bruton
tyrosine
kinase (BTK) inhibitors (including acalabrutinib, ibrutinib, and zanubrutinib) and the BCL-2 inhibitor venetoclax. In this commentary, I discuss my thoughts on contemporary use of BTK inhibitor therapy for CLL.

A (failed?) attempt to stop thyroid medicines.
It's been two months I didn't take any medications, only some supplements (multivitamin, l-
tyrosine
, vitamin d3, ashwaganda). Although my energy remained the same and I didn't experience any serious side effects I've put since then 6 kg (my diet didn't change).
